I received an eviction letter in hand today by my landlord in an envelope marked "Luke" and sealed. She said it's for Luke, but I can read it if I wanted.
No, I really shouldn't have, but, of course, I wanted to. Was she crazy, thinking, I wasn't curious, in the least?
We have until September 26, 2008 to vacate and be completely out of our home, and no later. It read, that we owe an outstanding amount of $8410.00 in back rent.
I am more than stressed, mortified, bewildered, shocked, speechless, disturbed, angry, tired; I'm, also, having panic attacks left and right since, reading the damned thing, on its parchment stationary paper.
There no family that has the room for me and Angi on my side and Luke only has his sister, and she lives 45 minutes away.
Can I scream my head off now?
